Using Numter
Numter is a general-audience arithmetic training and competition service for ages 13 and older. If you are not old enough to agree to these terms or authorize a purchase under the law where you live, involve a parent or guardian first. Numter does not currently verify age or operate a parental-consent system. You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and use the service lawfully.
Guest play and account records
Guests and registered players can use ordinary unrated Quick Play without a gameplay quota. Human search comes first; after the wait, you may choose a disclosed Numter Bot, keep waiting or cancel. Security rate limits still apply. Guest results and Quick Play rooms are temporary and do not count toward official ratings, progression or competitive history. Separate Guest training samples have limited allowances. A registered account is required for rated competition and persistent learning records.
Community and fair play
Do not impersonate someone, harass or threaten others, share another person's private information, post sexual exploitation or other unlawful content, spam, automate answers, manipulate ratings, interfere with matches or exploit vulnerabilities. Accessibility tools are welcome; competitive-integrity signals require staff review before action. Choose a player name that does not expose personal information. Public chat and discoverable club information can be visible to others; private messaging is restricted to its participants, with reported message snapshots available to authorized moderation staff.
Use the available reporting and message mute controls or Profile Settings to limit ordinary message requests. These controls do not erase previously delivered messages; narrowly scoped staff contact for safety or account matters may remain available. Report safety concerns or request a moderation review through support. See the Privacy notice for how conversation and report information is processed.
Accounts and moderation
Numter may warn, suspend, or ban accounts that threaten safety, integrity, or availability. Moderation actions require a recorded reason. Suspensions may expire automatically; bans remain until pardoned by an authorized administrator. Users may contact support to request a review.
Ratings and learning records
Ratings, levels, rankings, and progress indicators are product measurements, not academic credentials. Numter may correct results affected by abuse, software defects, or invalid matches.
Availability and subscriptions
Numter may change, pause, or experience defects as the service evolves. Numter Plus costs $4.99 monthly, $24.99 every six months, or $39.99 annually before any applicable consumption tax shown at checkout. Each option grants the same Plus access and renews for its selected period until cancelled. Paddle acts as Merchant of Record, calculates and displays applicable tax and the authoritative total for the customer's location, and processes payment. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period; access and earned data remain preserved. Failed, reversed, refunded, charged-back, expired, or unpaid transactions may end Plus access when Paddle's authoritative subscription state requires it. Refund requests are handled through support, Paddle's processes, and applicable law; these terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Manage, cancel or request a refund
Use Manage subscription in Profile Settings or the management link in your Paddle receipt to open the billing portal. You can also use Paddle buyer support to request cancellation or a refund. Cancellation prevents future renewals at the end of the applicable billing period; it does not itself refund a past payment. Refund eligibility and any statutory withdrawal rights depend on the Paddle Buyer Terms, Paddle Refund Policy and applicable consumer law. There is no universal unconditional refund guarantee. Contact Numter support for product or access problems. Paddle handles the payment transaction; Numter remains responsible for providing and supporting the Numter service.
Content and responsibility
Numter owns the service design and original platform materials. You retain rights to content you submit but grant Numter permission to process it to operate and moderate the service. The service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability; applicable rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
